Windows Oracle Calendar 9.x: Importing Academic Calendar Files

To add an academic calendar file to your CorporateTime calendar in Oracle Calendar 9.x:

  1. Academic calendar files are here. Download a file to your computer. This will not happen automatically if you click on one of the links for the file. Right-click on the file you would like to download. A small menu will pop up; choose an option reading Save this Link As, Save Target As, or something similar.

  2. Save the file to your Desktop.

  3. Launch Oracle Calendar 9.x. Click on the File menu and select Import Data...

  4. A window will appear asking what kind of file you would like to import. Select vCalendar.

  5. Choose the All option in the Period section of the screen.

  6. Click on the Browse button to locate your file.

  7. Then click OK to load the information into your calendar. (If you have forgotten the name of the file, the filenames are listed above next to each calendar name.)

  8. The academic calendar file will now be imported to your calendar.
