Beginning on Sunday, March 30 OIT will be implementing a change in the
backup schedules for the Workstation at Maryland (WAM) system. On the following Tuesday, April 1, the
same will be done to the Glue/Deans system.
Snapshot backups are currently taken at 4 a.m. everyday, but due to
increased load and convenience for our user community this time will be
changed to midnight per the schedule above.
This change will be transparent to users and will require no user
intervention.
