Department codes can be used to aid in finding a particular
Oracle Calendar user.
- Click on the Tools menu and select Search Directory.
- In the Directory Search window, you can search by name and
department.
In the Surname: field, type in the person's last name. In the
Given
Name: field, type in the person's first name.
- To find a particular
department, place the department's acronym in the Org. Unit 1:
field. Click here for a text list of
departments and codes at the University.
- Once you have filled the fields, click the Search button. A
list of
people that match your search criteria will appear at the bottom of
the window.
