Viewing a Group Agenda

The Group View screen in Oracle Calendar 9.x on the Web allows you to view multiple agendas at once. To begin viewing multiple agendas:

  3. Next, specify who to include in your group view. Type the names of the people you'd like to include one at a time in the field beneath the Add: button, and click the green check. If you have trouble finding the person, try using just their last name.
  4. If there is a perfect match, the person will be added to your group view. If not, a list will show the people who have been found who match what you typed in the Add: box. Select the person or group you'd like to add, and click OK. This will put the selected person in your group view list.
  5. When you have finished adding people, click on the OK button to view the group agenda.
  6. The group agenda will appear for the current day should appear. Red blocks of time indicate that one or more of people in the group agenda are not available.
