Transferring Ownership of a Mail@UMD Reflector

Transferring Ownership, Deleting and Renaming Mail@umd Reflectors

To request the transfer of ownership, deletion, or renaming of a Mail@umd e-mail reflector that you own, send an e-mail to list-request@umd.edu.

If you are requesting a change in ownership, the current owner of the list should send a message including the name of the list, the current owner’s name and Directory ID, and the new owner’s name and Directory ID.  

If you are requesting the deletion of a list, the owner of the list should send a message including the name of the list and the owner’s name and Directory ID.

If you are requesting the renaming of a list, the owner of the list should send a message including the current name of the list, the new name for the list, and the owner’s name and Directory ID.
